• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange the product for another one or if that product is no longer available get a refund.
• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt your purchase.

1. Please email farmtoys@dyersville.com to request a return, and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
